Sustainablity Policy Our main mission is to showcase the beauty and culture of Kyrgyzstan. At the same time, we encourage tourists to purchase goods and services from local producers and help them travel without harming the environment.

We work to maximize the positive impact of tourism on the local economy and communities by:
- Hiring predominantly local staff
- Planning and conducting trips with the participation of local suppliers
- Encouraging our clients/passengers to buy goods and services from local suppliers
Preservation of the environment:
We strive to preserve the environment and reduce negative impacts by:
- Using local transportation where safe, reliable, and feasible
- Providing proper maintenance and selecting the most efficient mode of transportation
- Minimizing waste and consumption during trips
- Prohibiting littering except in designated trash bins
- Adhering to all rules for visiting national parks
- Opposing any exploitative or illegal practices, as well as those negatively impacting animal welfare
Preservation of culture:
We aim to preserve culture and reduce negative impacts by:
- Observing and respecting local customs and etiquette
- Promoting local interaction and understanding of local ways of life
- Seeking permission before taking photographs
Human rights:
By observing the fundamental principles of human rights as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and promoting among our employees, clients, local communities, and suppliers/business partners their rights to:
- Dignity
- Equality
- Freedom
- Respect
Tours:
- We do not offer tours that harm people, animals, plants, natural resources, or are socially and culturally unacceptable.
- During trips to natural areas, we avoid single-use plastics and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- We do not promote souvenirs containing species of flora and fauna threatened with extinction as listed in CITES and the IUCN Red List, or historical and archaeological artifacts (except in cases permitted by law).
- We advise guests on behavior standards during tours and events, emphasizing respect for local residents and communities, local culture, nature, and the environment.
- When planning tours, we consider climate, tour location, load, and maximum usage time.
Animal-involved excursions:
- We do not offer any excursions involving wild animals in captivity except properly regulated activities in accordance with local, national, and international laws.
- We are not associated with companies engaged in the extraction, consumption, exhibition, sale, or trade of wild animals unless it is part of regulated activities ensuring their sustainable use and compliance with local, national, and international laws.
- We carefully consider when organizing tours involving animals.
- We select experienced suppliers who comply with the laws and regulations of Kyrgyzstan and treat their animals with care and responsibility.
- We instruct tourists on how to behave correctly with animals to avoid any risks; under no circumstances do we allow tourists under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- All animals participating in tours or shows are well-fed, live in good conditions, and are treated with care.
Special rules for horseback riding tours:
- We select experienced suppliers and horsemen.
- Equipment - we check helmets for tourists.
- We check the weight limit (person - up to 100-110 kg, rider up to 80 kg).
- Distance - approximately 16 km per day, operation - 6 hours in mountainous conditions, on a straight track - 8 hours.
Special rules for shows involving birds of prey:
- We do not use endangered birds (falcons).
- We check for the presence of appropriate equipment (hoods, etc.).
- We do not remove birds from their natural habitat.
- We ensure appropriate clothing for tourists (no dangling elements in clothing).
- The use of drones for filming is prohibited.
Additionally, one of the company's main rules is to fulfill all our obligations to tourists, employees, and suppliers.
